Darrel H. Flaspohler, CPA, founded FLASPOHLER CPA, INC. in 2004. Darrel provides accounting, audit, tax, estate planning, and advisory services for various commercial businesses and individuals.

Darrel has over twenty five years of public accounting experience. Prior to forming Flaspohler CPA, Inc., he served as a manager at a Cincinnati area CPA firm.

Darrel is a 1987 graduate of the University of Indianapolis. His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Indiana CPA Society, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
